This research aimed to examine the effect of school principals' creative leadership behaviors on teachers' job satisfaction. The sample of the research conducted with the relational scanning model consists of 249 teachers working in the province of Muş. As a result of the research; According to teachers' opinions, job satisfaction and creative leadership qualities of school principals were above average. Again, according to teachers' perceptions, school principals' creative leadership characteristics and job satisfaction perceptions are different for men and women; It was revealed that it did not change according to age groups and years of service. However, teachers' job satisfaction perceptions vary depending on whether they are married or single; It turned out that this difference was in favor of married teachers. Another result of the study was that there was a statistically significant, moderately positive relationship between the creative leadership characteristics of school principals and their job satisfaction perceptions. Finally, according to teachers' opinions, it is understood that school principals' perceptions of creative leadership characteristics significantly and positively predict their job satisfaction perceptions.
