Purpose

The Journal of Management and Educational Sciences (JMEDUSCI) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access electronic scientific journal that publishes original, high-quality research in the fields of management and educational sciences that adheres to ethical principles and contributes to scientific knowledge.

The primary aim of our journal is to strengthen scientific communication by publishing research that contributes to the national and international body of academic knowledge, supports an interdisciplinary perspective, and is based on scientific methods and oriented toward practical application.

JMEDUSCI aims to encourage the sharing of knowledge among researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers; and to introduce current theoretical approaches and practical examples in the fields of management and education to the scientific community.
