Publication Fee Policy
1. General Principles
The Journal of Management and Educational Sciences (JMEDUSCI) is committed to transparency, editorial independence, and ethical publishing practices.
Editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of submitted manuscripts. Publication fees have no influence on editorial decisions or the peer-review process.
2. Submission and Peer Review Fees
JMEDUSCI does not charge any fees for:
- manuscript submission,
- initial editorial evaluation,
- peer review.
All manuscripts are evaluated free of charge throughout the editorial and peer-review process.
3. Article Processing Charge (APC)
An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication.
The APC covers editorial management, DOI registration, copyediting, layout, electronic publishing, metadata preparation, digital archiving, and indexing services.

4. Payment Procedure
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has received final editorial acceptance.
Authors will receive an official acceptance notification before payment instructions are provided.

- Editorial processing
- Double-blind peer-review management
- DOI registration
- Copyediting and layout
- Online publication
- Open-access dissemination
- Long-term digital archiving
- Metadata preparation
- Indexing support
6. Refund Policy
No fee is charged for rejected manuscripts.
Once the APC has been paid and production has commenced, the fee is non-refundable if the authors withdraw the manuscript.
7. Editorial Independence
Payment of the APC does not guarantee publication and does not influence editorial decisions.
Acceptance is based exclusively on scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and the recommendations of independent peer reviewers.
8. Transparency
JMEDUSCI is committed to full transparency regarding publication fees.
No payment is requested before the peer-review process has been completed and the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
