Journal of Management and Educational Sciences (JMEDUSCI) – Journal of Management and Educational Sciences is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal aimed at publishing original and high-quality scientific research in the fields of management and educational sciences. Publication Policy

JMEDUSCI is published four times a year (March, June, September and December).

Following an initial editorial review, articles undergo a double-blind peer review process. Each submission is assessed by at least two independent referees. Publication decisions are based solely on scientific quality, originality, methodological soundness and contribution to the field.

Open Access Policy

JMEDUSCI adopts the full open access (Gold Open Access) publication model.

All articles published in the journal:

• Can be read free of charge,
• Can be downloaded,
• Can be printed,
• Can be shared for academic purposes,
• Can be used provided they are properly cited.

No access fees are charged to readers.

Fee Policy

Submitting an article to JMEDUSCI is completely free of charge. No fees are charged to authors during the submission process, the preliminary evaluation stage or the peer-review process.

A publication fee is charged only for articles that have successfully completed the peer review process and have been definitively accepted for publication. The fee structure is as follows:

• Researchers working or residing in Turkey: 5,000 TL per article
• Researchers based abroad: 250 US dollars (USD) per article

This fee covers publication services relating to typesetting, layout, language and formatting checks, DOI assignment, electronic publication, digital archiving, ensuring accessibility under the open access framework, and the execution of post-publication technical processes.

No fee is charged if the article is rejected during the peer review process or withdrawn by the author.

Payment of the publication fee does not influence the editorial decision regarding the publication of the article. All editorial evaluation and peer-review processes are conducted entirely independently of the fee structure, based on criteria of scientific quality, originality and ethics.

Copyright Notice

Intellectual responsibility for the articles rests with the authors.

Authors agree to grant JMEDUSCI the right of first publication of their articles. Once published, authors may share their work on academic platforms provided that appropriate citations are given.

The views expressed in published works are solely those of the authors and do not reflect the views of the editors, the editorial board or the publisher.

Ethical Publishing Principles

JMEDUSCI conducts its publication processes in accordance with the following international ethical standards:

Plagiarism, fabrication of data, falsification of data, duplicate publication, unjustified authorship and other breaches of scientific ethics are strictly prohibited.

All manuscripts are checked using similarity detection software.

Sponsorship and Funding Policy

JMEDUSCI is not funded by any commercial organisation, publishing house or private institution.

The journal’s editorial decisions are made entirely independently of sponsors, advertisers or any external organisation.

Authors are obliged to clearly declare in their articles all financial support received for their work and any potential conflicts of interest.

History of the Journal

The Journal of Management and Educational Sciences (JMEDUSCI) was launched in 2022 with the aim of supporting the production of scientific knowledge in the fields of management and educational sciences at both national and international levels.

The journal follows an academic publication policy aimed at continuously improving publication quality and securing inclusion in international indices.

Privacy Statement

All personal information obtained in connection with articles submitted to JMEDUSCI is used solely for editorial purposes.

Personal information relating to authors, reviewers and editors is not shared with third parties nor used for commercial purposes.

The peer-review process is conducted entirely in accordance with the principle of confidentiality.

Digital Archiving Policy

JMEDUSCI attaches great importance to the long-term digital preservation of all published articles.

The journal’s digital content is stored on secure servers, and the aim is to implement sustainable archiving policies compatible with international digital preservation systems (such as LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, the PKP Preservation Network and similar archiving infrastructures).
