Abstract

In this research, according to the opinions of the teachers; It was aimed to examine the effect of organizational-managerial motivation applied by administrators on teachers' performance. Relational scanning model was used as the research method. In this research, according to the opinions of the teachers; It is aimed to examine the effect of organizational-managerial motivation on teachers' performances in educational institutions. 51.4% of the teachers participating in the research were male; It was determined that 41.0% were 46 years old and over and 54.1% had 21 years or more of professional experience. Additionally, performance and organizational-managerial motivation levels appear to be above average. On the other hand, organizational-managerial motivation and performance perceptions differ between men and women; It does not vary according to age groups and professional experience groups. Finally, there is a significant, moderate, positive relationship between the organizational-managerial motivation and performance of the teachers in the study. In the regression analysis, it is understood that teachers' organizational-managerial motivation perceptions significantly and positively predict their performance perceptions. In other words, a 100-unit increase in the organizational-managerial motivation dimension increases teachers' performance perceptions by 31%.
