Investigation of the Effects of Organizational-Managerial Motivation Practices in Schools on Teachers' Efficiency and Performance

This study primarily aimed to determine the effects of different factors affecting employee motivation in educational institutions in Samsun. As a result of the examination and review of the relevant literature, the researcher determined that there is a lack of studies on this subject. Therefore, this article aims to provide empirical evidence for the interrelationship between and among the selected variables covered in this study. The researcher sent a questionnaire to 255 teachers working in educational institutions in Samsun and the questionnaires used the quantitative research analysis method. The result of the research also revealed that with 3 scales (efficiency, performance and organizational-managerial motivation), the institution in question positively and significantly affects its personnel and employees. Based on the research results and findings, some feasible and acceptable recommendations have been made for researchers, human resource development policies. Such suggestions can increase the motivation of the employee in the institution in question. Convenience sampling was adopted for the convenience of data collection. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22, which includes descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the study showed that almost all variables have a positive correlation between the motivation of the employees to do their work at the workplace, their productivity and performance. It has also been revealed that motivation affects productivity and performance.
