Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of teachers' employee and managerial motivation on productivity and individual success performance. The research was conducted with the relational scanning model. As a result of the research; It is seen that teachers' organizational and managerial motivation, productivity and individual job performance levels are above average. In the analyses, women's organizational and managerial motivation perceptions were found to be higher than men. In the review according to professional experiences; The difference between the arithmetic averages of the productivity and professional experience groups was found to be statistically significant. Accordingly, it was concluded that the productivity perception of the group with 5 years or less was perceived to be higher than the groups with professional experience of 6-10 years. Again, the difference between the arithmetic averages of organizational-managerial motivation and professional experience groups was found to be statistically significant. Accordingly, it was concluded that the organizational-managerial motivation perception of the group with 5 years or less was perceived to be higher than the groups with professional experience of 6-10 years and 11-15 years. Additionally, it was revealed that teachers' organizational and managerial motivation, productivity and individual job performance perceptions did not change according to undergraduate and graduate degrees. In the examination of age groups; The difference between organizational-managerial motivation and the arithmetic averages of the age groups was found to be statistically significant, and it was concluded that the perception of organizational-managerial motivation in the group aged 46 and above was higher than the age groups between 25-31 and 32-38 years. In addition, there is a significant, low-level and positive relationship between the productivity and individual job performance perceptions of the teachers within the scope of the research; There is a significant, low level and positive relationship between productivity and organizational-managerial motivation perceptions, and finally a significant, moderate and positive relationship between individual job performance and organizational-managerial motivation perceptions. Finally, it is understood that teachers' organizational and managerial motivation perceptions significantly and positively predict their productivity perceptions. In other words, a 100-unit increase in teachers' organizational and managerial motivation dimension increases their productivity perception by 25.7%. It is also understood that teachers' organizational and managerial motivation perceptions significantly and positively predict their individual job performance perceptions. In other words, a 100-unit increase in teachers' organizational and managerial motivation increases their individual job performance perceptions by 34.1%.
