In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between teachers' classroom management styles and individual performances according to different demographic variables. In addition, the main purpose of the study is to examine the effect of teachers' classroom management styles on individual performances. In the study, relational survey model was used and the study group consisted of teachers working in Diyarbakır province. As a result of the research; according to the perceptions of the teachers, individual performance and classroom management styles were above average. According to teachers' perceptions, classroom management styles and individual performance perceptions did not vary according to male and female, age groups and marital status. In terms of professional experience, the groups with 1-5 years and 6-10 years of professional experience perceived higher individual performance than the group with 11-15 years of professional experience. In terms of education, associate degree graduates perceived higher individual performance than bachelor's and master's degree graduates. In addition, bachelor's degree graduates perceived higher individual performance than master's degree graduates. There was a significant and positive relationship between teachers' classroom management styles and individual performance general dimensions. It was found that teachers' classroom management styles positively affected their individual performance.
