In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between teachers' innovative work behaviours and their individual performances according to different demographic variables. In addition, the main purpose of the study is to examine the effect of teachers' innovative work behaviours on basic performances. In the study, relational survey model was used and teachers working in Diyarbakır province constituted the study group. As a result of the research; it is seen that teachers' performance and innovative work behaviours are above average. According to the perceptions of the teachers, innovative work behaviours and performance perceptions did not vary according to men and women, age groups, professional experience, and whether they had received innovation training before or not. In terms of education, it was concluded that the associate degree group showed higher innovative work behaviours than the bachelor's group. The associate degree and master's degree groups perceived higher performance than the undergraduate group. There was a significant and positive relationship between teachers' innovative work behaviours and general dimensions of performance. Finally, it was found that teachers' innovative work behaviours positively affect their individual performance.
