In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between school principals' decision-making styles and basic democratic attitudes and behaviors according to different demographic variables. In addition, the main purpose of the study is to examine the effect of school principals' decision-making styles on basic democratic attitudes and behaviors. The study group consists of school principals working in Gaziantep province with relational survey model. As a result of the research; it was revealed that school principals perceived their democratic attitudes and decision-making styles at a medium level. It was seen that school principals' views on the democratic attitudes and behaviors and decision-making styles of school principals in school management did not differ according to gender variable. It was also concluded that school principals' democratic attitudes and behaviors in school management and decision-making styles did not show a statistically significant difference according to their level of education. While there was no relationship between decision-making styles and democratic attitudes of school principals, it was also concluded that decision-making styles did not affect democratic attitudes.
